The meals are prepared only from local ingredients, meat - as beef, chicken and quail - and dairy products are delivered by local farmers. Mangalitsa, which is one of the emblematic products of the Rye Island, comes from our private farm, where they are raised on floral nutrition: apple, carrot and corn, and strictly kept only in fresh air.
Beef is processed in our own slaughter-house, which guarantees us to serve high-toned meat in our restaurant.
Hunters from Vrakúň supply us by wild boar and venison, fishermen by fish. Grass carp is delivered directly from the fishpond in Veľké Blahovo.
Home-made cheese comes from a small farm in Veľké Úľany.
