THE SLOW FOOD PHILOSOPHY
Slow Food has been promoted as an opposite to Fast Food, it strives to preserve traditional and regional cuisine by celebrating the local gastronomic traditions. The served fruit and vegetables are home grown in our private orchard, located in the village. Fresh mangalitsa and chicken meat is delivered directly from our farms. They do not travel, everything has a local origin. The game which we are serving is coming from our hunting fields. The bakery products as well pastas are freshly made by us. All ingredients are natural or from natural origin!
