Characteristic meals of the Rye Island: marrowbone, vegetable stew, stuffed chicken, breaded meat and of course freshly picked cherries. Just like from our grannie. All prepared only from fresh and local ingredients of our country farms by our executive chef Imre Bindics and his team.
Let´s bring back the atmosphere of the old tradition „plen air meals” inspired by the Canadian Jim Denevan - holding feast on farms, in vineyards or under mountains with the spirit of spontaneity and simplicity.
