Creamy cake "krémes"
Ingredients: 1 packet of puff pastry, 2 dl milk, 3 dl water, 15 dkg sugar, 1 vanilla bean, 2 bags of cream powder (Zlatý klas), 22 dkg egg-white, 0,5 l whipped cream, cream fix.
Whip the egg-white. Mash the water with the milk. Pour 1/4 of the mix into a bowl, add cream powder and mash it until very fine. To the extra mix of milk and water add sugar, vanilla caviar scraped out of the bean and start to cook the mixture. As soon as it starts to boil add the cream powder to the mixture. Cook it until the cream is dope. Add the hot cream to the whipped egg-white and mash them with a mixer. Pour the cream into a spicy-cake pan lined with a foil and leave to chill. Meanwhile stretch the puff pastry and prepare 2 spicy-cake sized sheets. Before baking, spread one sheet with the mix of yolk and sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 180˚C until tha pastry is auburn. Using a knife cut the sheet into six slices. Spread the other sheet with sour cream or red currant jam then pour the cream on top. Spread the cream with the whipped cream and wrap it with the slices of puff pastry. Serve with fresh fruit at will.
