The Amade Gastronomy
Our cuisine has a seasonal and regional character. The restaurants of our historic mansion offer delicacies in accordance with the rules of the Slow Food movement, which emphasizes the importance of the local gastronomic traditions. The meals are prepared only from fresh and local ingredients, grown and delivered by local farmers. Hunters from Vrakúň supply us by wild boar and venison, fishermen by fish. Fruit and vegetables are grown in our orchard in Vrakún and we also have our own farm for breeding mangalitsa and poultry. The bakery products, as well pastas are freshly made by us.
